To increase (or decrease) the time before your voicemail picks up an incoming call:

1. Dial the code **61*321**XX# on your phone
2. Replace ‘XX’ with the ring length in seconds. The ring time can be set in increments of 5 seconds to a maximum of 30 seconds. eg. 05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30.
3. Press ‘Call’ or ‘Send’ on your phone as though you were making a normal phone call.

Changing the ring time before a call diverts to another phone number

To increase (or decrease) the time before your mobile diverts to another number:

1. Dial the code **61*phoneNumber**XX# on your phone
2. Replace ‘phoneNumber’ with the phone number you would like the call to divert to. (Make sure you enter the area code if it is a landline number)
3. Replace ‘XX’ with the ring time you wish to set before the call is diverted. The ring time can be set in increments of 5 seconds to a maximum of 30 seconds. eg. 05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30.
4. Press ‘Call’ or ‘Send’ on your phone as though you were making a normal phone call.

If you are overseas or you happen to be using roaming, use the codes above and simply replace: ‘321’ with the international access number: ‘+61411000321’

Having problems with call diversion or ring time?

• If you hear a recording saying that they can send the number to you instead of the call being diverted: It probably means that Missed Calls Service is active. To remove the Missed Calls Service, dial 159 from your mobile and follow the prompts.
• If your phone does not ring at all and yet you keep receiving voicemail messages: you might have Unconditional diversion active. You will need to cancel it in order to ensure you have a chance to answer the call.
• If your phone diverts to a disconnected tone: Try cancelling and re-activating your diversions, as the number it is diverting to may be incorrect.
